Job Description
Kupu Ka ‘Eu is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Program Analyst/Registrar (Aviation) in support of anticipated federal contract requirements for the 89th Airlift Wing Formal Training Unit (FTU) at Joint Base Andrews, MD.
The Program Analyst/Registrar will support the accurate, efficient, and secure management of student records, course administration, course enrollment, and academic reporting in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and FTU-specific procedures. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for students, instructors, and stakeholders regarding training records, course enrollment, and academic progress.
Compensation is anticipated to be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and final contract requirements.
This position is contingent upon contract award, customer approval, and final contract requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage student enrollment in courses, ensuring compliance with prerequisites and enrollment limitations.
• Process course registration requests and maintain accurate course rosters.
• Provide support to scheduling personnel by providing student information, managing student availability, and confirming enrollment.
• Prepare regular reports on student progress, course effectiveness, and training outcomes for FTU leadership and other stakeholders.
• Generate ad hoc reports as needed to support decision-making.
• Analyze student performance data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement in the training program.
• Assist in the development of data-driven recommendations to improve training effectiveness.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for students, instructors, and stakeholders regarding training records, course enrollment, and academic progress.
• Ensure registrar activities comply with applicable regulations, policies, and FTU-specific procedures.
• Implement and maintain quality control practices to ensure the accuracy and completeness of student records.
• Conduct regular audits of student records to identify and correct errors or omissions.
• Perform additional duties as required following contract award.
